From the Grace, head down the hill to the west.You can add an ash of war to make it a "Bleed" weapon. Idk if thats increase even further the bleed accomulation 🤔 but i guess thats a good start. Arcane and ash of war. Occult Whetstone can help with that, or just the bleed one. Use a blood ash of war or the blood affinity when you find the whetstone.
